Terms of Service - NORDISK PREPPER

General

The following conditions apply to agreements with Kennedy Outdoor AB, hereinafter referred to as “NORDISK PREPPER” or “We” and apply to the purchase and delivery of goods/goods to customers in Sweden as well as customers in the countries we deliver to.

NORDISK PREPPER reserves the right to update these terms and conditions of purchase if there is reason to do so, without notifying the customer. We therefore recommend that customers read the conditions before each purchase.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

To shop with us, you must be 18 years old and have a valid Swedish ID document for parcel shipments.

A purchase agreement is only made when we have confirmed the order by sending an order confirmation to the email address you specified. We reserve the right to correct orders if delivery cannot be made for any reason, and if you have placed multiple orders we reserve the right to combine your orders and deliver them in one package. A Completed order means that you accept our terms of purchase.

Any errors in the information supplied to us such as incorrect address are at the sole responsibly of the customer.

The product images on the website do not guarantee the exact appearance and cannot be guaranteed to reproduce exact appearance and condition, and should be seen as illustrations. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

nordiskprepper.com reserves itself for any errors in price and product information or otherwise on the website. In the event of any inaccuracies, nordiskprepper.com reserves the right to correct this afterwards. We reserve the right for price adjustments, final sales, inventory differences, technical problems, changes to technical specifications and any typographical errors on our site or in our advertisements. We reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

All goods remain the property of NORDISK PREPPER until full payment is made.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.

Prices

Price is stated in Swedish kronor, SEK, and includes MOMs (VAT) for orders to recipients within the EU. We reserve the right for possible price increases, MOMs adjustments, currency changes, printing errors, price errors, final sales, stock errors, delivery delays, etc. to the extent permitted by current consumer law.

Any shipping costs are added, depending on which shipping option you choose when ordering.

Prices & discount codes

NORDISK PREPPER’s campaigns are always time-limited. In order to take part in various campaigns, we sometimes give out discount codes which, for their validity, must be entered in the online store’s checkout before the order is submitted. As a rule, the codes are only valid for one purchase and cannot be combined with other offers. We ask you who use a discount code to check extra carefully that the price of your order has been correct before you click on “Buy now”. If the price is not correct, please contact Customer Service.

The discount is always deducted from the item’s standard price.

Discount codes can never be combined with other discounts, discount codes or offers.

In the event of a return of a product purchased with a discount code, only the amount you paid will be refunded, i.e. the price after the discount code has been deducted.

NORDISK PREPPER reserves the right to cancel orders in case of abuse or improper use of promotions or discount codes. We take no responsibility for codes and campaigns published on websites other than nordiskprepper.com .

Payment responsibility & age limit in the online store

Placing an order via nordiskprepper.com entails a payment obligation. You as a customer accept that payment responsibility by accepting our purchase conditions in the checkout step and clicking on the “Buy now” button.

NORDISK PREPPER does not process orders to people under 18.

Payment

You can pay with the following payment options:

Payment card (MasterCard, VISA credit/cash card)

Applies to customers with residential address in Sweden.

Payment by card

When you place an order online with card payment, the card is first authorised. You will then receive an email confirming that the order has arrived at NORDISK PREPPER and the purchase amount will be reserved on your card. We do not debit the card until we have processed your order and shipped it from our warehouse. If the card is not authorised, a message appears on the screen that the payment failed. You are then asked to use another payment method instead.

Secure payment solutions in the online store

NORDISK PREPPER guarantees that the payment options offered via the online store at nordiskprepper.com are secure.

Shipping fee when purchasing in the online store

If the order value is SEK 699 (SEK) or above there is no shipping fee added. For orders of under SEK 699, the shipping cost is SEK 79 for delivery within Sweden.

If your order has to be split into more than one shipment, you will not be charged additional shipping fees for subsequent shipments.

At the moment we are only shipping to Swedish customers.

Personal data

The information you provide about yourself is used by nordiskprepper.com and our partners for payment and delivery. We guarantee that no information about you will be sold or passed on to third parties. You can also subscribe to our newsletter when you register as a customer. You can cancel your subscription at any time, either via the link in the newsletter or by contacting our customer service.

The personal data you provide to Kennedy Outdoor AB is handled with the utmost respect and we ask for your consent to us using collected information to fulfil our commitments to you and provide the service you expect. We need your personal data for the following purposes:

Force majeure

We consider ourselves released from fulfilling our obligations in these terms in the event of a change in legislation, government action, labor market conflict, fire, flood, war, terrorism, sabotage, major accident or similar events.

Right of withdrawal

As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Home Sales Act. One condition is, however, that the item is unused and undamaged. If the item is not in unchanged condition, we may make a price deduction corresponding to the item’s decrease in value.

You have the right to return and a refund within 14 days after the date of receipt of the order without giving any reason, you will need to pay for return postage.

Effect of exercised right of withdrawal

If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send us an email with a clear and unambiguous notice of your decision to withdraw from the agreement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail ). In order for you to exercise your right of withdrawal in time, it is sufficient for you to send in your notification that you intend to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we were notified of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you yourself used for the initial transaction. We must wait for the refund until we have received the item back from you or until you have submitted proof that you returned the item, whichever occurs first.

You will have to pay the direct costs of returning the item.

NORDISK PREPPER has the right to charge compensation for the reduction in value of the product if you, as a consumer, have handled the product to a greater extent than can be considered necessary to determine its properties or function. We therefore recommend caution when handling the product and its packaging that may be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The return & refund period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To meet the return and refund deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the return period has expired.

Open purchase

NORDISK PREPPER offers 30 days open purchase. You can choose to within 30 days return all or part of your purchase to us and get your payment back for the respective item. The 30 days are counted from the day that you or the agent you hired received the last package.

We reserve the right to refuse open purchases or exchanges that do not meet our purchase conditions.

Exemption from open purchase & right of exchange

ATTENTION! Open purchase and exchange rights do not apply to the following goods for health or hygiene reasons, in some cases underwear, socks or swimwear.

Product condition & original packaging

Open purchase and right of exchange only apply to unused goods and return of purchased goods in original packaging.

Refund

For purchases via nordiskprepper.com that are returned, the normal refund period is 1-3 banking days after you receive a return receipt from us, but no later than 14 days. If you send your return by post and have notified us about it in advance, we have the right to withhold the refund until we have received the item from you or you can provide proof that you returned the item.

Normally, the money is refunded to the payment method you used for the purchase.

Complaint

As a consumer, you are legally entitled to complain for up to three years from the purchase, however within a reasonable time (two months) from the discovery of a fault. Complaints can be made by contacting our customer service dept at: info@nordiskprepper.com. Be prepared to provide relevant information so that we can handle your complaint.

All complaints (damaged or incorrect) must be made in writing with a detailed description of the error in an email to customer service. When we have received the information about your complaint, we will send you a complaint number. The complaint number must be provided when the product is returned to us. Before you send the product back, you need to notify us that you want to complain about the product and obtain a complaint number.

Dispute

In the event of a dispute where NORDISK PREPPER and the customer cannot come to an agreement, we intend to participate in so-called Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR – Alternative Dispute Resolution) in accordance with the relevant rules developed by the EU (Act (SFS 2015:671) on alternative dispute resolution in consumer relations. In the event of a dispute, NORDISK PREPPER follows the Allmänna Reclamation Board’s decision.
